Muffin Mix Gluten free (350g)

Product Description

The Nonna Anita muffin mix allows you to make delicious, gluten-free treats easily and in just a few minutes.

All you need is 160 ml of water, 130 ml of vegetable oil, 10 paper cups or a muffin mold and a mixer with a whisk.
 
 
Ingredients: sugar, rice flour, corn starch, powdered egg whites, emulsifiers: E475, E433; egg yolk in powder, humectant: E420; non-hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut oil), raising agents: E450i, E500ii; thickeners: E412, E466; glucose syrup, acidity regulator: E575; flavorings, salt, modified starch, anti-caking agent: E551. May contain traces of milk and nuts. 
 
METHOD: In a bowl add 130 ml of vegetable or sunflower oil or 130g of soft butter (with butter the final product will contain lactose) and 160 ml of water. Mix with a whisk mixer until the mixture is homogeneous.

Heat the oven to 200 ° C, pour the mixture into a mold previously oiled and bake by lowering the temperature to 160 ° C (if ventilated) or to 170 ° C (if static) for 30-35 minutes.
