Product Description

Nonna Anita's Sponge Cake Powder Mix is a gluten-free product. To be used for stuffed cakes and many spoon desserts.

All you need is 190ml of water, a container, a 20cm diameter pan and a whisk mixer.

Ingredients: sugar, rice flour, corn starch, powdered egg whites, potato starch, skimmed milk powder, egg yolk powder, emulsifiers: E475, E433; leavening agents: E450i, E500ii; thickeners: E412, E466; salt, flavorings, coloring: E160a. May contain traces of nuts.

METHOD: Pour the contents of the sachet into the container and add 190ml of water.
Mix with a high speed mixer for 8-10 minutes. Pour the mixture into a greased cake tin. Bake in preheated oven at 165 ° C (if ventilated) or at 175 ° C (if static) for about 35-40 minutes.
