Torta al Cacao Mix (350g)

Product Description

Nonna Anita's Cocoa Cake powder mix is gluten-free and lactose-free.

All you need is 105g of sunflower oil, 145ml of water, a 20cm diameter pan and a whisk mixer.

Ingredients: sugar, rice flour, egg white powder, corn starch, cocoa (5%), non-hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut oil), humectant: E420; emulsifiers: E475, E433; powdered egg yolk, glucose syrup, raising agents: E450i, E500ii; thickeners: E412, E466; flavorings, salt, acidity regulator: E575; modified starch, anti-caking agent: E551. May contain traces of milk and nuts.

METHOD: Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl and add 105g of sunflower oil or soft butter (with butter the final product will contain lactose) and 145ml of water. Mix for about 4-5 minutes, at medium speed, until the mixture is homogeneous and clearer. Pour the mixture into a previously oiled or treated cake tin.

Bake in preheated oven at 160 ° C (if ventilated) or at 170 ° C (if static) for 30-35 minutes.
