A cured, peppered meat made from pork cheeks (guancia) Negrini's Guanciale is cured for a period of 2 months and is spiced by a black pepper skin.

Ingredients: pork's throat , salt, dextose, spices, natural flavourings, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservatives (potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite).
