Also known as 'fiore sardo', this Sardinian type of Pecorino is made from a younger variety of pasteurised sheep milk. The curds are semi cooked, pressed then salted. Ideal for a cheese taste with fruit and wine. 

Ingredients: ewe milk, salt, rennet, milk enzymes
