It is obtained by natural leavening of Loison’s sourdough and is the result of a patient 72-hour craftsmanship. The Magnum Panettone Classico has a yellow, soft dough, enriched with juicy sultanas, candied Sicilian Orange peel and candied Diamante citron-Calabria.
