The 'Nduja di Spilinga is presented inside the practical 180g glass jar, inside which extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil is added to the classic' Nduja to ensure that the product stays fresher for longer.
This version is excellent for enhancing the flavours of pasta dishes, pizzas and bruschetta, easily storing it in the cupboard or in any dry place before opening it and then in the fridge.
For correct storage, once the jar has been opened and the desired quantity taken, add a small amount of olive oil before closing in order to cover the remaining product to protect it.
Ingredients: pork fat and pork, chilli, salt and sunflower oil. No preservatives or dyes.
