Ingredients: Meadow mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil , black olives, Summer truffle 2% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), salt, flavouring.
Use 15-20g er person, warm it up for about 5 minutes in a pan adding salt end extra virgin olive oil.
Ideal as a sauce for crostini and as stuffing for appetisers, first and main courses, omelettes, or as a basis for any truffle dishes. Can also make an excellent addition for a deli's products list.
