Classic Italian pistachio paste used to prepare gelato and other desserts. A mix of almonds and pistachios.
To prepare ice cream, use 50-80 grams of paste to each kg of mix.
1.2kg tub ideal for catering.
Ingredients: almonds, sugar, dextrose, cashew nuts, pistachios (7%), sunflower oil, corn starch, flavourings, emulsifier soya lecithin, colours E100 (curcumin) - E141 (copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins). May contains traces of milk, egg, peanut and other nuts.
