Fine Oak-Matured Grappa "Val de Brun" - Astoria
Grape marc from red grapes that were left to macerate in wine for a long time and were processed immediately after their pressing. The distillate is then aged in French oak casks for more then six months.
Type of alembic: Discontinuous, in a water bath.
Appearence: Bright, warm and amber color typical of the products aged in wood.
Aromatic Profile: The scent is remarkably woody with hues of brown tobacco, sweet spices and saffron.
Taste: Warm and soft.
Remarks: Grape marc from of Veneto and Friuli East.
Preservation: Keep in a dry and cool place and away from light and heat.
Alcohol content: 40% vol.
