Shaped much like a mozzarella ball, when cut the centre is very soft and fresh which is a skilfully made mixture of mozzarella cheese paste and cream. Traditionally served on top of a bed of salad with a sprinke of extra virgin olive oil and crusty slices of Altamura bread. also perfect on pizza.
