Air-dried, salted beef originating from northen Italy somehwere near the region of Lombardy. Aged between two to three months untill the meat hardens and turns wine purple/red. It is made from top round and is lean and tender with a sweet, musty smell.
Ingredients: beef, salt, dextroe, natural flavourings, antioxident (sodium ascorbate), preservatives (sodium nitrate).
