Produced with selected thighs of adult swine, coming from the best European slaughterhouses, where after veterinary inspection, they are butchered and stamped with the EC stamp.
Pigskin is golden, with a limited presence of veins or stains. The internal meat is deep red. The fat, present in limited percentage is white. The taste is palatable, the smell is fragrant.
