Made from pasteurised cows' milk, Scamorza is made from mozzarella which is hanged (the reason why it is shaped like it is), dried and aged. The result is a semi-hard cheese full of flavour.
Ingredients: Pasteurised cows' milk, rennet, salt and lactic acid.
