Produced using exclusively vegetal substances, this wine is vegan, certified as Organic Wines, and ultimately certified as BIO VEGAN by ICEA.Made from carefully selected Grillo grapes, this wine maintains its Sicilian authenticity. The colour is a brilliant straw yellow, and the bouquet is fragrant with floral and citrusy notes. On the palate it is fresh yet full.
Best served at 10-12°C with grilled vegetables, salads and vegetarian dishes, such as risotto.
