Made from a blend of the indigenous grapes Carricante and Catarratto, grown on the lava terraces located on the Southeastern slopes of Mount Etna.
A brilliant straw-yellow coloured wine, with an intense bouquet with notes of wild flowers, grapefruit and apple. Fresh, elegant and well-structured on the palate, Etna Bianco is best served as an aperitif or accompaniment to seafood, fried fish and vegetable tempura.
