San Marzano DOP (protected designation of origin) tomatoes from the region of Campania near Naples, peeled and sealed fresh in tomato puree. Compared to the Roma Tomatoes, San Marzano tomatoes are a thinner shape with more pointed edges. The flesh is much thicker with fewer seeds. The taste is stronger, sweeter and less acidic.

Storage: Once opened, decant any leftover in a suitable container, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.
