Made from cow's milk, this cheese from the region of Veneto typically has small holes throughout and it must be kept in the fridge at a temperature not lower than 8 degrees. Its taste is sweet and delicate, not too salty. Asiago can be served in a large variety of dishes, can also make a great addition to a cheese board accompanied by a glass of Merlot Veneto or Bardolino Classico.
